There were no trash can, soap, and cleaning service. We had to take out trash before we checked out. The hotel is old and has mosquitos.

We were very pleased with the rooms. Very kid friendly environment. Our children enjoyed the kid suites, although you have to pay to play the Playstation which they donot tell you on the website.. i stay there 10years ago the food was good the help was nice very clean rooms i am planning a trip back there in june of this year its close to disney and thay have shuttle service to disney the bus drivers are lots of fun and very helpful there are stores across the street and nice places to eat you would love it there nice place to stay with kids thay have a play area for kids and a pool for kids

even the room isn't expensive, facilities are great. I love it. It has manything,such as, microwave.Great.

Bed is big and lot of pillows.There are many pools and restaurants. very convinent.

Felt hotel was too pricey for what we got. It was an ok room, large enough..but decor was old and it wasn't clean (dirt in bathroom, dust on everything). The hotel was very loud at night as well. The restaurant (Angel's) had the worst wait staff I've ever seen.

I love your hotel. The hotel was clean and exciting. Food service was great, I love the resteraunts. Arcade had alot of games that the kids could get to. I like the way the pool was shape like mickey mouse, and how clean the jacuzzi was kept. If i was to return to florida for another vacation, holiday inn nikki bird will be the first i will choose.

I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. I loved it. The best part were the pools :)

This place was quite dirty. When we walked in there were full garbage cans. The coffee pot leaked all over and the beds were dirty. We had to go down a dirty outside stairs to get to the pool which was very inconvenient to get to. When we went to breakfast the next morning, it took 1/2 hour to get our coffee...no joke. We made it through the line once and then a busload of choir kids came so they ran out of food.

This has to be one of the best hotels located within a few miles from the gates of Disney. Their were reasonably priced and have two great restaurants on the premesis, as well as many in the area. The staff was great and very accomodating. I think this was the best vacation we have had in a long time. Centrally located to many other attractions, it was the best deal.
