We attempted to check-in at 4:30 after a long day of traveling, we were told that check-in would start at 5:00 p.m. Waiting in the Lobby, we saw people checking in at 4:40. Rooms get vacuumed maybe once a week.

from the minute we booked in until we left 10 days later we could not have asked for more helpful or pleasant staff. the room was good value and had everything we required, pool was great and free towels for pool were provided. if after a day at the theme park you were too tired to go out to eat, there were facilities for drinks in your room or in ...

We were there during renovations and we still loved it. The pool area was beautiful and the staff we very helpful and nice. Over all experience was wonderful!!

For the airline/hotel package price I paid it was a good value. Good location. Near Sea World, Universal Studio's and short drive to Disney World. Many restaurants near by.
