We got to our hotel after picking up our rental car. Check in was fast which we were happy about because we were exhausted from being up since 3 am and traveling all day and just wanted to get to our room and relax. Upon walking in the door the room smelled horrible. A very strong mold and mildew smell. The run was run down and just gross. We ...
The location is good. That's pretty much the only good thing about this place. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority. I found an empty booze bottle in the dresser drawer and the bedspread and carpeting felt grungy. The night stand had something sticky on it that I washed off. (no tip for the maid) The room had an odor and the toilet kept ...
First of all the hotel manager has no customer service skills. The rooms are small and something is going on with the air because 2 people in my room had allergy issues during their stay. 2 others got bit by something in the room. The hotel is really "hood" for lack of a better term. Guests were taking their chairs outside on the balcony ...

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/07
My boyfriend and I stayed here. We were first given a handicaped room, and neither of us are in need. The hotel was not busy for it is off season. I went to use the toilet and when I flushed it water came pouring out all over the floor and would not stop! My boyfriend went to get help, THEY GAVE HIM A PLUNGER and made him fix it!!! We had dirty ...

Another Bad Days Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/06
This review is for the Days Inn at 2601 McCoy Rd, Orland, FL. I could not find a review section at their site and I'm not surprised. We were shuttled to the Days Inn compliments of American Airlines. Our flight was delayed to go back home, so the airlines representative assured us she would send us to a "nice" hotel with a pool for ...
There was nothing impressive about the hotel. But there was also nothing wrong. It was as basic as the come. The rooms were clean, beds a bit hard, and no real ammenities. Not bad for the rate I paid, but I will go a little higher in price to get a nicer room next time. Perfect for a quick in and out overnight, I would not stay a few days.

The room was very clean and kept clean during our three-day stay. We could walk back and forth to the convention center. There were several places to eat within walking distance.

Stay at a Marriott!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/19/04
Half of the Hotel was out of commission because of hurricane destruction. The air-conditioning did not work for half the trip. Their were no services at the hotel, like work-out facilities. Parking was ajoke because you could not park on one side and the other side filled up. Additionally, two of the three lights in the room were broken. THE END

Mold Smell in Room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/26/04
The motel was very inexpensive; however, the room I stayed in had a strong mold smell. Other than the smell the motel was fine. The pool was very clean and actually 9ft deep. Shower had high water pressure and the water also got hot. The room had a safe. You could not by Universal tickets at the hotel though.
