I am 11 years old. I went to the tradewinds when i was 9 and have not forgotten it. it was like a dream come true for me.The service was great and i was treated with just as much respect as the adults. im going back in a few days, and i CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

It's been a few years since we've enjoyed a week there. But, I can still remember like it was only yesterday. The check-in staff was very attentive. Our room directly faced the Gulf and it was well-equipped with a kitchen and seperate bedroom. Maid service did a great job in cleaning and tidying our room. There were plenty activities for children during the day. The beach and surf were topping on the cake!

On a scale 1 to 10. 1 be the worst thing and 10 being the best thing.

Overall experience was great! The hotel is very family oriented especially with the activities that are offered on the premises. They have 3 kids pools and 1 adult pool and a BIG water slide on the beach for the kids. Negative - it can be costly to participate in all the activities. They do have wonderful wedding packages.

Just returned from a girlfriend getaway and we were amazed with the flawless customer service at the Trade Winds Island Grand. Ever staff member we encountered was awesome-from our delightful Jamaican housekeepers to the front desk staff, bartenders, bellmen, etc - Staff at this resort provided the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere, ...

This was a great Family resort. A nice mix of things to do for adults and kids. I would like to thank the staff for taking care of us during our stay. Our family had a wonderful Spring Break !

I didn't like the Tradewinds Resort at all. The staff wasn't very efficient and made my husband and I felt like we weren't valuable customers. They told us our room would be ready in about 2 hours. 5 hours later we were still waiting. It was a very frustrating vacation. The food was also horrible. I would never go there again.
