We had an altogether good stay. The shuttle was on time, we had an easy inscription at the reception. But the best of this deal is the Yachts close by and the view of the cruise ships coming in or tied in.

We found that the service to check in was not the greatest, but the hotel restaurant was very good. The location was fantastic, getting up in the morning and seeing all the different cruise ships in, especially since that Princess is straight across the harbor and that is the cruise line that we travel with. We have stayed here a couple of times and thought it was an ok place. If you are taking a Princess cruise and are staying on the marina side of the hotel you will find that you wake up in the morning lookig out your window at your cruise ship. We have gone to Best Western Marina Inn & Yacht Harbor twice for the night before going on a cruise. We really enjoyed the free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ships. We never left the hotel since it has a nice pool area and outside cabana bar. The restaurant was good. we will definitely use this hotel for our next cruise.

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise. Were picked up at the Cruise Terminal within minutes of our call to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the marina. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely stay there again.

We were obviously overpriced for this hotel. The bed was broken, we never received fresh towels, repairs on the building started early in the morning, the lines for check-in and check-out were extremely long, none of the vending/ice machines worked.

The location, food and free transportation were all a plus. The check-in process was a little hectic.
