The location is somewhat out of the wat --relatively speaking-- if your business is south pof Sanford. On the other hand, the service and overall quality are excellent for the price. Room service is available, disclaimers to the contrary notwithstanding -- and this is a plus. Restaurant is OK, but not open in between eating hours. Parking and overall security are fine. All in all, a good buy for the price.

I was worried when I read the poor review. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was open during our stay, but it does not have a hot tub. The resturaunt was not prepared for our busload to have breakfast there, but there are two other places in easy walking distance. The rooms were QUIET and, VERY CLEAN. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
