Like: Free parking, good location, clean/updated room included flat screen TV, fridge, coffeemaker, microwave. Dislike: Exterior could use a little facelift but that's the worse thing I can say about it.
For the price class, this was well worth the money. Overall, I would recommend it to others without hesitation.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, close to the DC sites we wanted to see, and staffed by helpful, knowledgeable people. This hotel seems to draw families. Although it's not overly luxurious, we were pleasantly surprised and very comfortable. During our 3 days there we enjoyed the pool, work-out room (small), free coffee, large screen ...
First, it's a Best Western, not a Marriott or a Hyatt. It's not luxurious but you can't beat the cost for the location. The walk to the Rosslyn Metro is a 10 minute brisk walk over 3 and 1/2 blocks. No, it's not all uphill. It's about the same to walk in the opposite direction to the Iwo Jima memorial and the National ...
Location was perfect! Easy walk to the Metro. The room was adequate though it does need to be remodeled. The bathroom did not have ventilation and after 4 people took showers, the bathroom was 'weeping'. Maid service was not good. The beds would be made but we wouldn't get our daily shampoos or soaps and there was evidence of hasty ...

Going back ASAP!!!

The price (and location) is right!! If you care about what you spend your hard earned money on as I do, then this is the perfect price and location while touring the DC area. Despite the weather (my husband and I went in early March--FREEZING WIND!!), the short walk to the metro is minute in comparison to the hiking a tourist will do in DC ...

We were playing tourist in D.C. area so we were interested in a safe place with a clean bed at a good price and this motel served that purpose. Staff was OK to good, rooms not outstanding but not definately not bad. The two problems: location and restaurant. It is only three to four blocks from metro station, but it is straight up hill. To get ...

Convenient and inexpensive for the area
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/19/07
Location of the hotel was great...only a few blocks away from the Metro station...however there were few places to eat in the area, and the restaurant on the hotel property was pricey and had poor service.
This was the least expensive hotel in the area, and was a good value for the price. The room was large with 2 queen beds, although we were ...

I stayed at the Quality Inn Iwo Jima last week. I had a very plesant stay, the location is just great! My friends were also very pleased, we had a bus tour of DC and we were picked up right in front of the hotel, there is a metro station walking distance from the hotel, great restaurants around the area, CVS, SAFEWAY and others, UAAAU! we had ...
