The management was very accommodating. The room was large enough for my entire family. The staff was friendly. There was a mishap with our car and the management provided transportation to the DC attractions while our car was being repaired. The location was close to restaurants, convenience stores and the Metro. Overall an A+ experience. I recommend this hotel.

This place was cool. I was on the top floor and this place had everything. Small Kitchen.. Internet access. Close to the MALL.. Really didn't have to walk far from anything. When I do go back to visit, I'm definitely gonna stay here.. AGAIN!

The hotel was oversold when I arrived and I was given a horrible room--basically a cot in the conference room. To top it all off, I was charged full price for the room.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. They were oversold on the night I arrived, and put me up in a very bad room--not a hotel room at all, but a meeting room with a fold up trundle bed. To add insult to injury they insisted on charging full price for the room, and were very condescending to me when I suggested that it was inappropriate to charge full price for such terrible accomodations, especially given that I had a guaranteed reservation.
