I was in the blow dryier didn't work and the outlet must have been bad .I went to the front desk and reported it they checked out the room and asked if Id like to move to another room I had just unpacked for the week
and they offered to up grade my rm and help ...

Have stayed twice when on business in Hartford, Ct and plan to be back. Mid week quiet. Two restaurants walking distance. Great breakfast.

This is a great hotel to stay in; affordable, clean, and extrmely accomodating. There is even a free shuttle that takes you to your desired destination! I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

There was a noisy party above us and we notified the desk.They did call up to the room ,but they told me that there was a bachlerette party going on.I couldn't believe they booked a room knowing there was going to be a party.Most people in hotels are traveling or on a work assignment and would like a little quit not a noisy party
