I work at Yale and we not only book many guests throughout the year at this hotel as it's so convenient and within walking distance of our office I have also personally stayed there. There rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and they always smell so fresh and nice. It's a nice little get-a-way for my family and I during the winter and they treat you so well there. I give it the maximum starts you can give a hotel.

I check in, television does not work. They send up this guy who spends an hour and fifteen minutes playin with the remote and then he tells me he might be able to fix it in the morning after he talks to his boss. I complain to the front desk and they tell me they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Unbelievable. Customer NOService!

There is no pool at this facility, despite what it says on the website. There is a very small exercise room.
The front desk is understaffed, guests are left waiting for long times to register, get questions answered, and even get someone to answer the telephone.

Rooms comfortably furnished. Our ceiling leaked when it rained and the manager moved us to another room. Coffee available 24 hrs in lobby. The location is perfect for visiting Yale. The hotel is near a variety of restaurants, provides internet connection and has friendly and helpful staff.
