This is definitely a nice place to stay especially if you have kids. Nice indoor and outdoor pools but the pool area could be cleaned up. I was placed in a smoking room, then moved 2 doors down to nonsmoking room. Yet, somehow they allowed a smoker to stay in the room next to mine. Followed by two days of not having wash clothes in my room. One day trash was not cleared out. Last but not least - Double billed! Just not what you would expect from "Crown Plaza"

They have smoking rooms on the same floor as the nonsmoking rooms. Actually, they are side by side. They are not timely in taking telephone calls from the rooms to set up wake up calls, and the restaurant is extremely slow. We had to call 5 times to place and order.

Almost everything was good about this property from the internet access to the furnishings in the room. The room service folks were great! My main problem is I never received maid service and I am puzzled by this. My room was never made up and no towels were ever picked up or delivered. I spoke to the manager over the phone regarding this and was told I would be contacted in two days about the situation.
I have yet to be contacted 1 week later.
