I travel on business coast to coast most of the year, and bar none, the Ethan Allen Hotel is a refreshing change when I'm back in Connecticut. There have been many positive changes since my last visit a year ago. Numerous dining specials like Pasta Wednesday and Prime Rib or Lobster Fridays, plus Happy Hour with discounted drink & appetizer prices - the food and service is outstanding. The Bartender told me they were just voted Best Sunday Brunch in Fairfield County. Highly recommend this hotel for accommodations and dining!

Many things I disliked about this place. Most of all the surly and unpleasant and unhelpful front desk staff. They are rude, and do not offer any customer service.
