I was showing seven of my RN friends the lovely Broodmoor on a reunion outing. We stopped in for some wine and to check out the grounds for a future booking. A waitress in training spilled red wine on one of my friends (top and bottom) and all we heard was "I am so sorry." Spilling wine was not the issue. It was how it was handled. In the 4 days they were visiting Colorado, this was the only negative experience.

I love everything about the Broadmoor. It is sophisiticated and luxurious! There is so much to do, you don't even have to leave the hotel! The grounds and the view are breath-taking! The rooms are ALL beautiful, clean and comfortable! I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to spend a few extra dollars on a hotel! It is TOTALLY worth it!

It seems like "substandard" is becoming the new "standard" when it comes to service. This is NOT the case with the Broadmoor.

Everything about The Broodmoor is first class. The rooms are beautiful and the service is excellent. Views outside the hotel are incredible. Our family finds plenty to keep us all busy. The outdoor pool alone is worth the visit.

This is the best place that my husband and I have ever stayed. We spent a long weekend there with friends and loved it. The rooms were decorated in a lovely country French decor, the ammenities were wonderful, the spa was great, the golf course was fun, and the scenery can't be beat. I stayed here with my aunt and uncle and we had a wonderful time!! We loved walking around the lake and just enjoying every little thing about the hotel! Fast service, very clean rooms, and a great historic building! Not to mention the bars and restaurants...wow!! Cant wait to go back one day!
