I was alittle scared to stay here after we made our reservations, but did not find it in the Colorado vacation guide. We made our reservations in Feb. to stay in July as we were going to Cheyenne. We checked in with much ease. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet hotel. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff was helpful. We would stay at this hotel again.

This is the cleanest best run pet friendly motel that we've ever stayed at. The staff and management were extremely professional and the room was a bargain and only 5 miles from CSU vet school. The rooms are spacious and the each is equipped with a tv, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We didn't use the seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool nor jacuzzi but they also appears scrupulously clean.

It was a very clean hotel and fairly friendly workers. Overall I liked it.

Good breakfast, no towels in our room, A/C rattled incessantly...good room price, though. Easy to get to from the freeway. Tang, no O.J. - blech!

these guys are so mean...they deserve no business@@!!
WE had rented several rooms from them and they just sold them from under us. We reasoned with them and they were mean and nasty... they called the cops on us. Will never do business with them again
