We were wanting a hotel to stay at in downtown. We were downtown, but not near the 16th street attractions. The location was very shady. The staff didn't care if we were there or not. The hotel needs renovated. It wasn't dirty, but it felt it. The pool is definitely a joke. The pillows were horrible. I was nearly blocked in at the parking lot. Don't stay there unless it's you only option financially.

For a weekend trip to a ball game the price was reasonable and the location was great. It was easy to find my way around. The service of the room was great. The beds were made and the people were very nice and knowledgable. They helped with any questions needed including directions to any and all places asked.

In a great location of the Capitol Hill area, this hotel was a great rate, although it does need some renovating.

Our decision to stay at the Ramada Inn downtown was based mainly on the rate we received and its location. Although the neighborhood where it's located isn't the best, the proximity to the hot-spots downtown made it worthwhile.
