We will definately go back!It is a darling, country motel. Very clean with a microwave, Dish TV, and internet in each room - everything we needed! We were able to visit Yosemite and boat on Lake Don Pedro nearby. Friendly owners!1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulOVERALL

There is no question we would stay at the Yosemite Gold Country Motel again. This place it self was small but the room was very very clean and It was quite. We had a good night sleep.The room did not smell like smoke. It was really clean and nice. It only had 9 rooms but that was great because it was so quiet and peacefull. It owner/manager was a very nice man. We got there early and he let us in. You know how it gets when you travel when you finally get to your destination you want a rest, well you can get it here. Great ValueWe were on our last day of a motorcycle trip. Based on other reviews of this Motel, I decided to give it a try. The Gold Country Motel is a wonderful, old and clean motel. It sits upon the hill on hiway 49 before you come into town. It is quiet and clean. Then owner was very friendly, advised us of where we might get a meal in town and what ...5 of 5 Yahoo! Looks Are Deceiving!!!When we arrived at Yosemite Gold Country, I was a bit apprehensive at what we might find inside, from the modest exterior; however, it was very, very clean and comfortable, and the view fantastic! Best Kept Secret!We arrive very late one night and saw the broken light on the hill. We thought we were in trouble. Did not give a good initial impression. Keys were wainting for us in the late check in box as we were informed. Entered our rooms to find them very clean. Beadspreads were handmade quilts. Much care was given to the upkeep of this quaint little 9 unit motel. The caretaker was great. Very pleasent experience. Can't wait to go back.You did not find this review helpful.11 of 12 Yahoo!
