This is the perfect airport hotel, Im in Starwood guest program, so it may help, the rates are always good, especially on weekends, the staff are helpful, the beds great, this is not the most modern hotel in the world, but it works for me everytime Im in need at LAX, the free internet is a plus, (I will never stay at any hotel that charges again). ...

Fortunately inasmuch as I frequently travel to Los Angeles I wanted accomodations that were comfortable, clean, not pricey and in a location I liked. Four Points was my choice.

This hotel should be close and just about every one fired! There were bugs, we got locked out of our room the next morning we had breakfast sent up and it was not right: pancakes no syrup the milk we ordered was not there. In short this hotel is run like a flop house not what I think will happen at a major hotel

This hotel is no bargain. Furnishings were in disrepair. Bedding and pillows were sadly worn and uncomfortable.

February 2005. Nice place to stay. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Staff was helpful. Only stayed the night so not much more to say.
