The parking staff were a big cheat. They charged me $12 per day even though the front-desk gave a parking receipt. Now, the hotel can't find any record of my payment. So, i am charged $48 for 2 days of parking.
The room was smelly and looked like a road-side hotel. The room service was slow.
I would avoid this hotel.

This was the worst stay I ever had. The staff were very unprofessional and not very accommodating. The website was misleading about the location of the rooms which took me outside. No where in the description does it show or say you have to journey outside to reach your room. I did not feel safe with this location and the staff did nothing.
I deserve a full refund!!!

room without a view

try to see the view from your window and you'll feel that you have a blurred vision. Why? because the glass windows were covered with thick dirt! Needs cleaning including the hallways. Reservations gave me a reasonable rate. Cold and unfriendly reception from check in counter representatives. Plus factors are the location, the Grill restaurant and the comfort beds. Will definitely choose some other hotels the next am in LAX.

Loved the hotel not the parking fee!

We loved the location. The hotel was excellent for our family. Didn't like the fee for parking everyday. Beds were comfortable.
Each time we wanted to enter the hotel parking, a shuttle was blocking the way for at least 5-10 minutes.
The soaps and shampoos were not good quality ones. Other than that, overall I enjoyed my stay there.

I was quoted a Military rates and charged higher. My room was a boiler room look a like, when I asked for another room, I was denied and lied to. I had to pay for a days parking ($12.00)I was only there for a few hours the first time. The best thing about the Motel was the Bartender, he made a great Margarita.
not much to say really, noisy from traffic and train track being very close....so ask for room at the back.
they lost my pillow case....I had left it on the pillow when moving rooms because of the noise.

Good if you need to catch an early flight out of lax. Shuttle is on time. Restaurant is "good" and open early. Rooms have been (or or being updated) with upscale beds so the price works and it's convenient especially if you are are an expense account with some limitations.

Great rooms and great beds

Only issue I had was with the hotel shuttle where a few of us had to wait 1 hour at LAX to get a ride to the hotel. Also watch out for the low towel rack in the shower, hit my head hard twice. The beds were soft and comfy, clean room and nice hotel overall.
