My room was so dirty I cleaned it up myselt! The a/c and dust bunnies hanging off it, lamp shades has last years dust still on them and the carpets are soooo bad I cant take my shoes off. Stains to dirty walls to just a place to stay, no longer than one night though!!!! They really could use updated rooms and a real cleaning to the carpets, walls and bedding! Look around before you spend money for the weekend, trust me!

I would rather sleep in my car! The rooms were alright, I guess. The staff was horrendous. Maids walked in despite "Do not Disturb". Front desk was possibly the rudest I've ever encountered. Required cash deposit, even with credit card. Double charged my credit card and still haven't reconciled 10 days later. I would stay again if they paid ME!

The location is very convenient.
Service is what it should be.
Although clean and recently refitted, the rooms are showing evident wearing.
Breakfast is boring.
If the price would be 10$ lower it will then be just about right.
I'll recommend it for short stay or for field service men. Clearly not tourists.
Fast Internet is randomly out-of-order. Warning: not all rooms are Internet ready, so make sure you ask for one that is.

This is a great hotel. The staff is super, very accomodating and friendly. The location is ideal - close to Great America for the kids and most of the business in the area for the adults. It is very clean & comfortable. Close to the expressway.
