Place was clean, rooms clean, beds comfortable, but shows it age. Very basic place to just sleep. No laundry service on-site or with-in walking distance. Great Service. Excellent Value. Great location... very close to Hollywood, Universal Studios, and other Studios in Burbank. Parking is a little tight but the restaurant next door is great! My kids enjoyed the pool very much!
