I liked the fact that the tv,heater,lights and maintenance don't work but other than bed bugs and disgusting carpet it appeeared to be clean key cards don't work so great niether does elevator

The pics on their website are so misleading. The room had no a/c, dirty carpets, ceiling fan with no chain to change the speed, old tv that wouldn't turn on. I have never stayed here, but my parents have. Well, they stayed here once and now stat at the Pacific Heights Motor Inn down the street. yep - same here. I stayed for three nights and have bed bug bites all over my arms, hands, back, and legs. I'm itching like crazy and so pissed that I stayed in such a nasty hotel!

Need I say more? OK then I will. No air conditioning, no screens on windows (which do not lock) smoking in non smoking rooms, no hot water, Run and run fast from this hotel. They were rude and obnoxious when I checked out two hours after checking in.

It took 5 rooms before we found one that we could stay in. Keys would not work, People already in room, the windows would not close. I would not stay here again.

the only thing this place has going for it is the location. with in walking distance of anything you could want to do. very close to public transportaion. not incredibly clean or safe. front desk nice enough. just keep a good eye on your belongings and dont leave anything of value in your room while out. had things taken while out for the day. my room ended up costing more than i paid in the long run. be careful if considering this hotel.

I'm warning you, do not stay here, I know it sound harsh but this hotle was disgusting. Theres NO AIR CONDITIONER, so our room was so hot. And to top that off, our celling fan was broken. The rooms weren't very clean and the place smelled. Our room wasn't anything like the pictures on this website. It was so gross we had to leave and go elsewhere.
