While installing new equipment in the laundry of this outstanding hotel this is where we stayed. The hotel was immaculant. We performed this job around the Holidays 2008 and the lobby was beautiful with all the Christmas decorations and the ginger bread village (yes village) with moving parts.
Walking distance to Union Square with the holiday ...

I just returned from a 1 night stay at the Hilton that was full of unpleasant surprises. First was the $51 parking per night I understand it's San Francisco and did expect a fee but $51 for a self parking garage without any type of security is outrageous! Then we had a very long wait at check in just to enter our room and see 1 bed (for four ...

I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years and I have not received any consideration. Currently reviewing future travel plans and this hotel is not a place I would ever recommend.
omg- it took us longer to get from our room to the lobby, then it did for us to get to from the lobby to the club we were going to... This place is bigger and more confusing than most cruise ships I' ve been on....The jacuzzi was out of service, ice machines on every other floor ??? what's up with that? I guess only the people that stay on ...
Hilton is 4 stars, so size of room and bed were as expected. The location of room was just okay with hardly any views. We found that hotel had city scape. So tried to go there via elevator, but floor 46 (city scape) was disabled. Didn’t had any information about its closure. Someone in the elevator informed us, it is closed.
I have been to this HOTEL for many years, but, after last thursday april 23, Iexperienced a bad, bad driver to the airport as I asked the concierge a best way to the airport he told me about to use the hotel car (limousine). The drive drove about 85 mph all the way scaring me to deaf and he was talking on the phone all the way in some kind of midle east language. Try to improve that or you'll lose a lot of costumers like me and my family.
The hotel is well located, but a little impersonal. It feels like a big box, with each room kind of cookie cutter. Not a bad choice if you are looking for complete predictability (and sometimes that's exactly what one looks for in a hotel). But don't expect to be charmed.
