The rooms are run down, the location is next to a seedy neighborhood, the breakfast is not really free, the air conditioner sounds like a jet engine and shakes the rooom when it kicks in, no close restaurants, and if you book through a booking agent and have to leave early, you will never get any refund. They refuse to be helpful even when there has been a death in the family. A "roach motel" there are probably bed bugs at night.
The County Inn is obviously an old rundown drive-by motel that has been renovated. Right now, it is a combination of run-down and renovated features. The rooms smell bad (like old cloased and abandoned homes). Also, they claim that they offer free breakfast, but they actually charge $5 per day for breakfast for those who booked online through a third party.

Fine print about "free" breakfast
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/08/05
This hotel claims "free" breakfast on the web, but the reality is that it is not free for guests who come in through priceline, expedia, and other travel sites. There are some minor annoyances with internet access, and the room cleaning staff... but it is a basic room, not a whole lot better than motel 6 type facility. VHS movies at the front desk is a nice feature!.
