We searched for a place to stay in Napa Valley for months before we found The Chablis Inn. We loved everything about the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in October 2008. The office staff was friendly, the room was exceptionally clean & comfortable, the place was quiet (even during the booked weekend), it's in a safe area, and there are ...
While I went out to eat, the desk clerk rented my room to a second party. Not sure how he made the mistake , since the place was far from booked. I got another room since the new occupants were a newly wed couple and had already unpacked. And what were those traces of powder on the desk clerk's nose?
Yearly, we go to Napa for a 2 or 3 night stay. We have always stayed at a certain property close to the river. We like to book far in advance for our trip and found out that the place that we always stayed at was under construction. We found the Chablis Inn to stay at this time. Wow, what a surprise! I will just try and make a brief list of the ...
On a recent trip through the area we stayed for 2 nights in The Chablis Inn. We absolutely loved our experience there. It was very comfortable, very clean and very nice. We had reserved at queen size bed room with no extras. When we arrived we received a free upgrade to a king suite with a whirlpool tub. It was a NICE room with a white down ...

The clerk on duty (a kid with a hat on backwards) could not find my reservation. I gave him my confirmation number and he said it had been cancelled. I DID NOT cancel my own reservation. He could not tell me when it was ...
The Chablis Inn is a small but very nice hotel. Its right off the HWY, so that makes everything a hop skip and a jump away. Everyone there was every nice and happy to answer all my questions.
Chablis or White Zin, not very strong wines. Not very strong hotels. I dont think "Inn" quite says it. Motel. What you would expect from a motel 6 or travel lodge is what this place rates in my book. Dusty, dark corridors, 2 double beds, a bar of soap. If you want budget, you'll get it. I'll go else where.
Hey, it seems great on the surface, but when you actually get there, it's all downhill. The motel is very close to highway 29 (Napa's main thoroughfare), and in fact, very close to a busy intersection. On weekends, traffic noise is a serious, serious problem, as cars (and especially motorcycles) accelerate away from the stoplight. We had ...
