    #1 we never heard from them regarding our comments as promised at departure #2 the $45 per day parking fee was NEVER disclosed,even after i asked if there would be a place to park!#3 key never worked for my husband. He went down 4 times, but that never solved the problem & they never offered another solution, or help.#4 room was never cleaned. ...
