"Special friend of the owner" left his dogs for several hours (through 11PM) in room while they barked like only bad small dogs can. Repeated calls to the desk were evasive and non responsive. Overpriced cheap hotel. Parking garage was best feature.

Very poorly managed and dishonest with their clients.
The rooms are not what they claimed to be (their ocean view, is cross the street and has the view of another building. The resturant is badly managed and very unfriendly, specially to children.

* Don't waste your money on Ocean View, not worth it.
* Metal headboard, strange decor, mexican-style walls.
* Small parking spots
* Have to cross a main road to get to the beach (there is cross walk)
* Good restaurant

The front desk act like they are doing you a favor. They put us in one of the cracker box petite room (which was not what I had reserved or paid for).I called and they did relocate us across the street. Didn't offer to help with our baggage. Went to find the room and we weren't sure where it was so we went to ask and all they said was across the street. Not what I expected from Radisson employees.

The hotel is overpriced. The room is large but needs remodeling. The elevators are small. The dining room was very nice, should continue to uprade in the hotel rooms. The room was noisy as the servers came outside under our windows for their smoking breaks and made a lot of noise. the employees were not friendly, hardly spoke to us. I would not go again.
