Although I made my reservation 6 months before arriving, I was told upon check-in that the hotel was sold out and that there was only one room available. After walking around the hotel for 20 minutes trying to find my room, I discovered that it was actually in a motel-style annex that involves walking outside the main hotel and along some creepy ...

Never again!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/11/07
I have stayed at this hotel twice while attending a conference. Both times, I've had issues with inadequate rooms and the unwillingness of management to move me to acceptable accommodations. The latest stay involved being assigned a room in the West Tower while all of the events I needed to attend were being held in the East Tower. Last ...

We won't go back - more
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/19/07
We had posted a review on this hotel for our trip in Aug 2007. We just got our credit card statement last night and the hotel charged us an extra $10. We called the hotel and found out that the $10 was for a bottle of water. We disputed it and now the hotel will credit it back to us.
But come on, we didn't even have a refrigerator in our ...
Liked the view. Liked the service. Pay them $24 per day to park your car - its worth it (given the alternative). Stayed five nights with two grandsons. Got a drop-dead great deal on the room. West Tower - upper floor - harbor side. "Lucky" (Lower floor, airport side would have been wholly inadequate, requiring a trip to the ...

We won't go back.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/07
We just spent a night at this hotel last Saturday. It was a trip decided at the last minute so we were having problems finding a room at other hotels. My spouse booked this one before I had the chance to read the reviews and by then it was too late to cancel the room.
Just like other reviews said, we had to pay $20 (good for 24 hours) for ...

Not Going Back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/06/07
We stayed there last week and the thin walls made things very noisy. The planes were also very noisy..... I think the part I was most upset aout was being charged $20.00 additional dollars a day to park my car on the property. I promise I will not be going back...........

Parking on Dirt Road?!?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/04/07
If spending $250.00 for a room & parking your car in a dirt covered parking lot is your fancy, then this hotel is for you.
I'll be passing on the Sheraton next time I'm in town.
Great place to stay if you wish to have nice view and relaxing vacation, cos it is close to those place, yet still close to downtown. Will stay again!!
A superb hotel located on Harbour Island, near to airport and downtown. Rooms are fabolous, staf cordial and available to meet your needs, buffet breakfast is wonderful - if expensive - with a spectacular view over the marina. A must f you want to enjoy luxury and taste.
