Our room wasn't as clean as expected. You were hit is a strong odor when you walked into the non-smoking room. The carpet didn't seem like it had been vacuumed in weeks. And, my son woke up with bug bites all over his stomach.

We booked Sheraton and we were happy about the deal until we actully got to experience.

The room we got was just next to elevetor. We kept hearing the noise all throughout 2 nights we were there. You can hear the upstairs' toilet flush.
Also the shower was not working fine and the tub was clogging.
