Great hotel in the heart of everything. Step out the door to the trolley and street cars. You do not need a car here. You can walk everywhere. Rooms comfortable. Normal sounds of a city. I booked 2 nights at this hotel via priceline and it turned out to be a fantastic hotel! The location could not have been any more ideal, the staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. I'll definitely return to this hotel.

We found the hotel very comfortable and in a great location, a wonderful place to stay while exploring San Francisco. I dropped my bags off at the concierge stand before checking in and they arrived at my room minutes after I arrived. Later the concierge was very helpful in finding restaurants and getting tour information.
