I booked 2 nights at this hotel via priceline and it turned out to be a fantastic hotel! The location could not have been any more ideal, the staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. I'll definitely return to this hotel.

We found the hotel very comfortable and in a great location, a wonderful place to stay while exploring San Francisco. I dropped my bags off at the concierge stand before checking in and they arrived at my room minutes after I arrived. Later the concierge was very helpful in finding restaurants and getting tour information.

I booked two rooms in August and got a call three nights before my April stay saying they were overbooked and would not honor my reservation. They would put me up in another hotel. I did some research on the "other" hotel and I will not be staying there- so trip cancelled!
So unless you want your trip cancelled don't book here!!!!!!!
