The service is impeccable and the staff very friendly. I was there on a business trip and my stay was beautiful.

The location can't be beat. BART-MUNI less than a block away, great shopping, great restaruants and theaters in walking distance. We have stayed at a number of other Union Square hotels but keep coming back here. The room is clean, the beds comfortable and room service very good. Too bad no coffee in the room but the free coffee bar on the second floor has great coffee.

What a great hotel in the heart of SF! A perfect location. Close to shopping, BART, the Muni, and the Cable Cars. Lots of great restaurants close by, too.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience in this San Francisco hotel. All of the staff was so very friendly and accomodating. I booked this hotel based on reviews and was not disappointed. Great location - you can walk everywhere. Wonderful staff - very helpful. Very clean. We had room service breakfast that arrived in 15 minutes and was fabulous. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute.
