I live next to this hotel and the public have a right to know what kind of neighbors they are, hotels should not earn money at the cost of their neighbors and this one does. They are right now airconditioning their building with an outdoors machine and we have called repeatedly about the problem. We are locked in hot, stuffy apartments while the hotel cools it's customers and we are not being rewarded for our suffering.

Room size is pretty small, complimentary breakfast is somewhat lackluster and having it in a regular room instead of a reception room is kind of unusual and unwelcoming. No internet service despite business-friendly atmosphere.
Location is convenient to Beverly Hills, not so much to downtown.
