First the hotel had an odor, the service was ok... wouldnt recommend this to anyone...

We stayed here for the weekend and although we didn't spend much time in the room, we enjoyed it very much. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle to the Bart station was a big plus being as we didn't have our own transportation.

Even though we were close to the airport, we did not notice any noise from the planes.

We would definately stay here again.

The outside pool was warm and nobody bothered us. I've been to other hotels that say the pool is heated and it's either closed or the water is freezing.The only problem was when the basketball team, the "Magics" came there to stay, they got the preferencial treatment and the hotel guests had to stay away from the "players" because the palyers were the special guests of the hotel. Other than that, The stay was great!

The beds are great! Really comfy. Also good quality shampoos and lotions. The restaurants are fine - something for everyone. Of course, the convenience is unsurpassed.

I liked it years ago before they started charging $10 to sit at the bar and watch the game. Fun for people in their 20's, if you over 30, good luck.

very fun sports bar, was able to see some raider players and get autographs. Friendly service. Shuttle service to stadium was good. They even took us all the way to Ricky,s sports bar when we were having trouble finding cab service.

THE FIRST THREE DAYS OF MY STAY WAS NICE. THE FOURTH DAY WAS A NIGHTMARE. I RETURNED TO MY ROOM AFTER MIDNIGHT, AFTER A LONG DAY OF SIGHTSEEING AND ENJOYING THE CITY. UPON RETURNING TO MY ROOM, I FOUND THE LINENS ON THE FLOOR AND DIRTY TOWELS STILL IN THE BATH ROOM, EVEN THOUGH MY LUGGAGE WAS STILL IN THE ROOM, MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED. I PROMPTLY ...

I have stayed at other hotels on the same street before so I could catch an early flight and they don't compare to the Hitlon. The front desk was sharp, the every 15 minute shuttle was perfect and the restaraunt was better than I expected. I will stay there again.
