We live in Ventura, CA and always make time to drive up and stay at the Inn in Morro Bay. We got engaged there 2 yrs. ago and my husband called ahead of time and asked them to "set the room up for a proposal." Did they ever! It was amazing! Thousands of rose petals, candles, champagne on ice, etc. Hot tub was going. They way outdid ...

I can't see why anyone would like this place. I don't know why it is called an "Inn". I found it to be nothing special except for the fountain out front. The rooms were cheap with no decor taste. Seemed like once a motel and someone put a nice paint job on it.

This Inn is tucked into a gorgeous corner of the world. On the bay, with back to Golf Course..tall trees shelter egrets next door. A fine restaurant with a zillion dollar view off the lobby. Each rm has its own balcony with spa tub-fireplace, marble bathrms. feather beds-onsite masseuse-a getaway par excellence. And inexpensive too! Hole up here ...

Inn at Morrow Bay Loved it
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/05
This was a wonderful place to stay. Right on the bay next to a park and bird sanctuary. If you want a wonderful relaxing place to stay this is it. No it's not the 4 seasons but I stayed at the 4 seasons Santa Barbara the day we left this hotel and all I could think of was why didn't I book my stay at the Inn longer instead of the Four ...

We read the reviews and we became a little concerned about staying at the Inn at Morro Bay. The room was a little small but my wife thought it was cute and cozy. The spa on the balcony was a nice touch and it was clean. The room was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable (no squeeking) the robes are cool.

You don't always get what you pay for....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/04
My husband and I plan a get-away to a nice hotel or resort each month. Our stay at the Inn at Morro Bay included a room with a king-sized bed, fireplace, and a private hot tub that was located on a small balcony. The bedroom was large and included a small table and bar area. One of the pillows in the room was stained as well as the seat of one of ...
