This hotel looks great from the outside and true the atrium is lovely, but the rooms and hallways are outdated and dirty.
My room's bathroom looked like a hotel 6, the wall paper, decor and overall appearance was lacking. They only good thing about the room for a 4 star hotel was the bedding, however one bed sheet had a stain. Would not go back. Not worth the money and definitely not up to 4 star quality.

It was in a great location. About 15 minutes or less from downtown San Fran. and tourist attractions. Room service was very pricy. Also, we did not like the fact that you have to pay $17 a day for self parking in the Hyatt Regency parking garage. But overall, we liked it. They also provided us with a pack and play for our 15 month old to sleep in! Which was great.

We stayed at this hotel during my senior year Band Trip. This place was absolutely wonderful. The views were lovely, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the beds were always clean and comfortable. The next time I can afford to go back(I'm from Indiana) I will certainly try to stay here.

WE STAY AT THIS HYATT EVERY YEAR FOR OUR JEHOVAH'S WITTNESS CONVENTION. MY HUSBAND,2 KIDS AND I LOVE IT, YOU NEVER GET BORED IN SUCH A BIG HOTEL.EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN, AND THE LOBBY AND WATERFALL ARE SO PRETTY. I LOVE THE VIEW FROM MY BALCONY.THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY TOO.

Nice hotel, but, it was a long walk from the main elevator. Need a secodary elevator. Good food. Good Wine, Nice Company. Slept well.

This hotel was nice, the staff was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The hotel has easy access to Highway 101 which can
easily take you anywhere in the Bay area. My son
and I went down for a football bowl game and it
was very simple to get to SBC Park from the Hotel.
It was also very easy to get back to San Jose Intl Airport
for our flight out.

First of all, the view of the atrium is beautiful. Also the view of the South Bay is wonderful too. The food was a bit pricey but good. The beds are pretty comfortable too. You should wear tennis shoes if you have heavy luggage, for its a bit of a walk if your room is on the opposite side of the elevators. I just didnt like you had to pay for ...

The hotel is gorgeous. It has an interior atrium and the rooms are shaped in a ring around it. There is a sports bar with good food, a cafe for a quick snack, and a luxurious restaurant.

The interior rooms have views of the atrium and everything in it. With the birds singing and fountains, its soothing and intriuging.

Good location for airport destination. Nice Hyatt styling. The lobby is really cool, with large open atrium and water falls. Rooms are good Hyatt standard.
