I was just there on business and I would stay again without hesitation. The area and external portion of the hotel hide the luxury and trendiness of the inside. I started out disappointed when the taxi pulled up to the hotel but as soon as I entered that all changed.

The customer service was outstanding. Each staff member treats each guest as their own responsibility. They are very friendly and welcoming and always eager to assist, even when passing by in the hallways. The staff will make you feel like a celebrity.

This hotel was great. Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. Very comfortable beds too. Our only problem was that when the furnace in the room ran, it was very loud.

The Roosevelt Hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very customer service orintated! I can not wait to go back! The rooms were very nice and trendy. The nightlife at The Roosevelt was incredible and if you feel like going elsewhere you are right in the middle of Hollywood. I usually do not write reviews on-line but this hotel is one that I would recomend for your stay!!
