The location of this hotel is great, especially is you're in town to do something in downtown San Jose. The rooms are modern looking and pretty large.

I was disappointed that we had to pay $19 to park for one night as well as $10 to get Internet in our room. For the price we paid for the hotel, we should have gotten both complementry parking ...

Hotel just went through a full renovation. We stayed here twice last year to attend conferences at the San Jose Convention Cener and are excited to come back to experience the new look and hotel ammenities. Staff members are very nice, hotel is clean and it is located in a very convenient location to nearby restaurants and attractions. New furniture and color schemes are amazing! Will recommend this hotel to all travelers!

to be honest i found nothing i disliked about this hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, perfectly located on the main straight for the san jose champ car grand prix. an absolute pleasure to stay there.

I was a little disappointed with the hotel. I thought the Crown Plaza would have been a little more upscale; however the hotel was fine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the service good and the location convenient.
