Be prepared to bring a pack mule with you to carry your luggage to your room if you are fortunate enough to stay on the 2nd floor. My room was Awesome! The TV was a newer one and everything was very clean. The building was very large and it felt like a resort. I have to say that the best part about my stay was Sam at the bar. He was very sweet and friendly. Just the kind if person you want around when you are a stranger from out of town. Thank You.
The exterior building looks quite nice but the rooms and hallways are worn out and in need of some updating. The bathroom was so tiny, the carpet in the room and the hallways had stains, and the AC is so loud, it is worse than the highway. The staff were not friendly at all, and few of them quite rude where they wouldn't answer when spoken to. I will not stay there again.
Front desk was efficient at check in, and most polite. Priority Club members get a free drink coupon for the bar. Room is clean, however smallish. Towels are sub-standard. Exterior pool is nice, clean, quiet and perfect water temperature! Exercise room has 5 pieces of Life Fitness equipment, including two tracks (but no elliptical trainer). ...

The front desk staff were accomodating, efficient and friendly, and the rooms equally as efficient, as well as clean.
However, for those who desire to eat on-site, this is a very poor choice. While we have had wonderful meals in the past, our last two visits here rated very poor. The waitstaff were neglectful, taking 25 minutes to take our ...
