I'm on the road for business 3 weeks out of the month, and I've spent at least 15 days @ this Hampton so far in 2007. The staff is wonderful - one of the best Hampton's around. The breakfast can be crowded, but they never run out, and it's as good as any Hampton anywhere, and better than most sub $99 hotel breakfasts.

We stayed from July 1st to July 3rd in a family suite. The room was good sized and was nice that it had 2 bathrooms. It also had a King bed and desk in one room and 2 full beds (not queen like their website says) in the other. The breakfast was good and did offer 2 hot choices along with the usual cold things and was very fresh.

We booked our stay, many months in advance, only to arrive at the hotel and find they had our room wrong. The hotel was booked up so there was no way to change our double room into a family suite so we had to make do with 2 double beds and an AWFUL fold out couch! It was quite a disappointment. The hotel was not apologetic and merely blamed the online program.

To top it off we asked for a wake up call and got none!

I have stayed at several hotels in this area in the last few years. This hotel is the cleanest and safe-ist one around. They have free continental breakfast, clean rooms and a well lit parking lot. It's the best value in Buena Park.

Service was pretty good, breakfasts OK, rooms pretty clean. Had wireless Internet access that was fast.
