I loved the location so close to Great America, but did not find the breakfast area nor the reception in the evening to be kid friendly. It was more of a business oriented hotel. Also, most Embassy Suites are more reasonable in price and I did not see anything extraordinary about this one, in fact, the one in Burlingame is much nicer.

Front desk staff was very helpful, working there, was a extremely gracious man by the name of Adrian. I will be coming back just for him! He was fantastic. Adrian was so gentle and sweet when dealing with a issue I was having at the hotel. Im gay, and Adrian was very gracious in dealing with me.

I love the ES in Silicon Valley, and I won't stay anywhere else! The hotel is *very* spacious (a one bedroom apartment almost) and well-appointed. The beds are so fluffy and comfy with high-end linen and pillows. And the price is INCREDIBLE -- at least $50-75 cheaper than other hotels. Only ding is the front desk staff -- it's mostly women in their 20s who act like they can't be bothered.

Who ever is reading this should come and stay here because there is Great service and it even has a inside swimming pool.How sweet is that...Every time i come to visit SAN FRANCISCO i stay here & it's the best.So come and stay I did!!!!!

The suite we were in was top-notch, and the breakfast was outstanding! The location of the hotel is close to Great America, and not far from downtown San Jose. Staged my daughter's birthday/sleepover party here. Great room, service, value! Price even included breakfast buffet! Indoor swimming pool was a hit during rainy winter weather. In-room mini-kitchen was great for preparing snacks, etc. Overall clean and secure environment. Highly recommended.
