This is one of the best Embassys I have been to.. Very friendly staff. Great Location. Their current room rates is amazing considerin 2 hours of drinks and a hot breakfast.

The food at the restaurant was amazing..

I live in Downey and dined last Saturday evening at the Hotel Restaurant. The breakfast cooked to order - blah. The oatmeal is more like barley soup. Eating area is overly crowded. Staff needs to learn how to control the traffic. Staff has indifferent attitude. Maid service is awlful. Parking is terrible. Parking in the rear of the hotel and arriving after hours requires you to walk in the street to get to the front entrance. Restaurant is average, lounge closes at 10:00p.m.

the services setting up our company meeting was great. very help personnel. they showed dedication to what they do. But, on the actual day of the event, we were not satisfied. nothing was set up till 30 minutes after our meeting was suppose to start. they didnt answer any questions. and when we called to receive paper work they just gave us the run arounds.
