It should be mentioned that this place had it's heyday 40 years ago. It's had a few facelifts but after a while it just needs to get torn down and start over. That being said places like Courtyard, Fairfield Inn and Hilton Garden Inn were all nearly twice the money in this area.

I did not like the fact that they did not put our rooms together(2 rms). They gave us 2 smoking rooms when we requested non-smoking. Both rooms smelled of smoke. The water was cold in the shower and the toilets were backed up. They did not provide very good customer service and were rude. The pillows were all like cotton balls stuffed into a sheet(not comfortable). I will never go to Best Western again.

We have always trusted Best Western to be a good hotel. This one was bad! The room smelled bad (I had requested non-smoking and was not told this was a smoking room) and the office said they would send someone to spray, the person never came. The carpet was stained. The beds were awful, there was no padding between the mattress top materiel ...

Me and my husband just spent 4 nights here. As soon as my husband walked into the room he told me, "you did good". The rate were very reasonable for the area, the room clean, the service people help and cheerful. We'd definately use this motel again.

The Internet lists the prices Beginning at $48/night. When you arrive, it seems those inexpensive room are suddenly non-existent. The next lowest price starts at $75/day and that does not include all the taxes and fees they add on top of that. If you like surprises when you arrive... Best Western Roseville Inn in Roseville, California guarantees just that!

It doesn't get much worse than this. The rooms facing the freeway (most of them) simulate sleeping "on" the freeway - no sound insulation at all. Left a computer part in my room, called and faxed them 3 times and it took 9 days for them to check the room (it was gone). Brick beds, awful pillows, pre-packaged breakfast food with ...

Service was bad. Room did not have enough towels. When we asked for more, we were told to get it ourselves...and the only towels they had left were dingy as hell! We tried to 'exchange' it and we got back some cleaner looking ones but they smelled! Ew! We should've paid a little more and stayed somewhere else!
