Great location, price ($79) and most of all clean and fairly quiet. Nicely functional and decorated room with hairdryer, iron, nice wall art and furniture & comfy bed. Also, a very nice continental breakfast. It was fun to walk to historic buildings in downtown. We'd stay here again in a second. Stayed 8/18/07.
This property is plagued by an unfortunate homeless population. Soup kitchen not too far away. Homeless person tried to get into car next to me. Homeless people in parking garage made it unsafe for me to consider EVER staying at this hotel alone.
