Unfriendly Towards Children + Rude StaffWhen we made our reservations with Best Western we requested an early check-in so that we could put our toddlers down for a nap upon arrival. However, when we tried to check-in an hour and a half before the usual 2pm check-in time we were informed that it's against their hotel policy. Beware!!!!I was accused of smoking in the room and the manager, Christine LeCompte-Petrie, charged a $250 fine to my credit card. I have seen other bad reviews on the internet about her. Great room and locationYou can't beat the location, within walking distance of the beach, as well as being right in town with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. I can recommend Mondo's for an Italian feast. With parking included, this is a great value for the area. Beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly.
