Much worse than the worst hotel I thought I would ever stay in. Old unclean linens. No mattress pads. You feel like you're sleeping on the same sheets the sweaty guy from the previous night slept on. If you get to stay in Hot Springs - go by and look at the car that is in the picture. Its covered in three inches of dust, tires are flat. Oh so very bad. Oh, forgot to say something about the mold in the air conditioner duct. Sleep well.

My wife and I stayed there and it was okay. The service was good and the pool was heated. On the down side, i tdid take a while for the hot water to come on and it would have been better if the restaurant was open. But you are walking distance to eating places and very close drivind distance to well known restaurants and shopping.

THE DESK CLERKS WERE RUDE AND THE ROOMS ARE NASTY AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT VERY NICE OR HELPFUL IN ANY WAY WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Briefly, this hotel is not what it claims to be. Far from it! Luxury my eye! More like a disaster that needs to be reported to the BBB and the Health Dept. I stayed here on 4/11/09. I booked this online thru Springs Hotel website. I booked this at a rate of $89.95 plus tax. But when I checked out I was charged $109.95 plus tax. They will not refund my money even though I still have my confirmation that shows $89.95.

I do not think the room was even worth $89.95. There was NO hot water at all. ...

The photos are not of this place. It is a dump. The same song has been playing all weekend in the lobby. Musak must be stuck. Depressing. Not at all what I expected.

The only good thing I can say that is positive about this hotel is the location! This hotel is the worst place i've ever stayed! The bathrooms are too small. The tub wasn't clean. The toliets look like toliets in a public rest area (with black toliet seats). The service was AWFUL! George at the front desk was extremely rude! We reserved 4 ...

The place was filthy. The rooms had dust an inch thick and the floor was nasty. The ceiling tiles were falling out and the room looked very old - not antique but old. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location was supereb for the night life. I could walk outside and go to a couple of great restaurants, including the inhouse restaurant. The mineral spa was a new experience for me, but it was enjoyable. The renovation they had untertook changed the place 180 degrees. Overall it's fantastic for the price and vacation.
