This hotel was SO clean! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Its right on the strip of Historic Downtown Hot Springs. The bath house was clean and very nice. Every room has a balcony, there is a heated pool, a hot tub and even a Starbucks vending machine on the second floor. And to top it off, The price was very reasonable. We loved it!

I was pleasently surprised by the size of the rooms. HOwever, on the same note, the bathrooms are quite small. Brian, the bell hop, was wonderful. We arrived around 6ish and he came out and attened to our every need!! He also chased down little things that we wanted, and he did all of it with a smile. I would definitely go back! Even in late April the pool was warm enough to swim.

Great location! Desk clerk from New Orleans treated us as family and should be commended for her excellent personality. The bargain buffet breakfast was the best we have had.comfortable nice quite room with a beautiful view! Thanks,Greg n Gaytha
