I stayed there for sixty days. When I arrived, the ice machine on the fifth floor wasn't working and sixty days later it still wasn't working. I had to go down two floors to get ice. Not good business for a five star hotel.

All hotels are the same--four walls, bed, etc. But this place is different! The people are so nice and thoughtful. I've never stayed at a hotel that made me feel special. The staff went out of their way to put a smile on my face. From check in, to room service, to noticing it was my birthday during my stay, these guys are top notch. Won't stay anyplace else while I'm in Tucson now.
