It is a beautiful hotel, very clean, and for the price, an overall great value. Moving back down to the lower 48, I realize now how much I miss Anchorage, and all the truly great people~~~

This Hotel is the best and makes traveling to Anchorage a real joy. We have been here before and they did not let us down on our return visit.
The shopping, the food, the people, everything is first rate and yet so warm and enjoyable.

What I liked was everything. Stayed one night two separate times. First in tower 1 and second in tower 3. Preferred 3, but both were way above average. Room decor was relaxing. dilikes EVERYTHING. the staff, the price, the food, wasnt clean, no servise. shut down! its a waste of space. i hated it. it was the worst expiereince of my life. i have never stayed somewhere so awfull. its discracfull.

I reserved jr suite and paid through YAHOO. Upon arrival downgraded and told that is what resv. was for. Next day manager told me that resv. was for jr suite and adjustment would be made. STILL WAITING!
I feel that I was lied to and will never return. Hilton next time!

when i went to anchorage for my first time this hotel was amazing i just loved the service and i highly recomend it and i would deffently go there again sometime soon

Hotel captain cook has a indoor pool, gym, and a place to get pampered with manicures and pedicures. The hotel rooms are exceptional, and they can throw a party for banquets. It is fun.
