I go to Wilkes-Barre frequently to visit family. This hotel is always a safe bet. It's clean and the people are friendly enough. It's near a fairly typical mall so you've got to put up with that mall traffic mess. Not to mention the hotel is kinda on a hill so make sure you don't drive by cause it's easy to get lost and end up on the west end of nowhere.
