Nice large rooms. First night the front desk clerk said she would not recommend the breakfast but did recommend an excellent place in Cleveland.
Major complaint - we paid cash AND they charged our debit card for the room. 4 days later they reversed the charges on our card. This was the beginning of our vacation so we went 4 days without access to $300.

The room I was in was very spacious and clean - especially the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the wireless internet in the room was touch and go as far as logging on and being able to stay online. Overall, this property is clean and good.

I was disapointed in the location of our room. There was a bar next door to the hotel and music blasting until 2AM. People were laughing and talking loudly. We couldn't go to sleep for the noise.

As far as being within walking distance to some of the area attractions - it was ok.

Some of the continental breakfast hadn't been replenished and so we had little to choose from. I did like the yogurt though.

Rooms were very outdated. Need repairs & remodeling. Will definately find different place to stay next time. Beds are not comfortable. Air conditions did not keep rooms cool.

The clerk was slightly rude, but she was swamped with work. She was the only one to handle phones, reception, service complaints, and the breakfast bar. All aspects suffered due to lack of staffing. The rooms are nice and clean, however, you need to invest in Mr. Clean Magic sponges. I use them all the time in my home and they get rid of stains on walls and doors.
