We stayed here during summer of 2007. It was a bit pricey considering we booked it last minute, but the location was great! It's close to everything, restaurants, casinos, boardwalk activities and 10min walk to shopping outlets. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. i loved this hotel because the pricese wasn't bad sood service and the rooms were nice and big and clean the pool was nice and big if had AC next to the ocean 1 thing that i wish it had was casinos so me and my family didn't have to go to another hotel to gamble

MUST RENT BY THE HOUR! IS THIS A BY THE HOUR HOTEL? VERY DIRTY! IF YOU ARE CAT LOVER REQUEST A ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR.. WE BELIEVE THEY USED THE FLOOR AS A TOILET.. THE URINE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE. THE OTHER ROOM WE RESERVED THE TUB HAD NOT BEEN CLEAN... AN EXTREMELY HAIRY PERSON USED IT BEFORE US AND THE HOTEL FELT IT WAS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO CLEAN IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING BUT TO CLOSE IT DOWN.

Our room was oceanfront on the 10th floor. We were there on a summer weekend night, so the prices here as well as elsewhere on the boardwalk are really pricey so you often don't get anything great for what we paid, which was $300 plus tax, and we knew that. I did want the room to be acceptably clean though, and it was. The view was great too. ...

I thought the rate was great!!! The location was perfect. Poor customer service,the rooms were dirty, the smell of mold and mildew human and or pet urin was sicking. The lobby was filthy, even the chanderlers were black from dirt . For anyone who may have allergy or asthema would not be able to stay at this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE CARPERT ON THE 9TH FLOOR WAS AWFUL AS SOON AS YOU GET OFF THE ELEVATORS YOU CAN SMELL THE CARPERT, IT SMELLED LIKE URINE AND OTHER SMELLS MIXED IN. NO FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST FOR THE GUEST YOU HAD TO PAY FOR THAT AND THE MONEY THAT WE SPENT FOR THE WEEKEND SEEM LIKE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED. THE SERVICE WAS OKAY ...

We came for fun and to hang out with the family ( all ladies ) on Mothers Day Weekend. This place need to be closed down for good. The floors where nasty and the smell on the 8th floor was out of this world. We ask to be moved and they did that but it was the next day. We will NEVER stay there again. The staff was great!

I stayed there on business and found the hotel to be run down and in need of repair. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms had mold growing on the roof. The reception staff was inconsiderate and laughed at guest. I requested some bathroom paper and never recieved it, had to go to the front desk and request some. You would have thought I was ...

Cleanliness is unheard of in this hotel ... mildew in showers, toilet seats painted instead of replaced, holes in the walls plugged with toilet paper, wallpaper coming off wall. Far better value and cleanliness at a budget motel.
